What is the purpose and length of the Trailblazer Certification Program?
After 30 years of blazing ministry trails all over the world, Shannon’s greatest desire is to equip and empower the NEXT generation of women in ministry and leadership to discern God’s calling on their lives and become BOLD VISIONARIES in serving the needs of others. Whether you aspire to become a speaker, author, minister, teacher, counselor, coach, or business leader, you’ll achieve your goals faster and impact more lives once you’ve been a Trailblazer!
Interns live, learn, and serve alongside Shannon in Fair Grove, Missouri (20 minutes from downtown Springfield) for one full year, with the freedom to have their own job and/or attend college simultaneously. The Trailblazer Internship Program launches in the fall of 2021 but welcomes applicants throughout the year based on their readiness. A second or third year is possible for those who excel in their first year(s), show exemplary leadership potential, and want to re-apply to the program for additional training.
