And guess what you do the whole time? Yep, talk. Share about our day. Bond. Cheer each other on.
This will give yourself just enough of a physical boost right before bedtime that you don’t collapse under the covers exhausted and lethargic. Shimmy between the sheets feeling a little sexier than you did two or three pounds ago, with plenty of energy for more than just a goodnight kiss.
