Double Dip!
My teenage son’s appetite for ice cream never ceases to amaze me. I have to buy tiny individual servings, because if I brought home a half-gallon container, he’d eat it all within 24 hours. We recently went out to dinner as a family, and he stuffed himself until I thought we’d have to roll him out of the restaurant. He rubbed his stomach, complaining that he might explode! But then we passed by a Marble Slab Creamery on the way to the movie theater, and he suddenly decided he had plenty of room left for ice cream! As we perused the multitude of flavors, Matthew asked, “I CAN have a DOUBLE dip, right?” The kid can’t get enough of a good thing.
 Fortunately there’s something delightful we can indulge in that’s just as S-W-E-E-T as ice cream, but isn’t nearly as fattening! For example, my husband came home from work today during his lunch break to grab some packages he’d forgotten to take this morning. As soon as he walked into the house, I snatched the opportunity to steal a kiss (although it’s technically not stealing when he’s a perfectly willing participant). I helped him collect his packages, then on his way out the door I yelled, “Hey, how about another kiss before you leave?” to which he replied, “Wouldn’t that be double-dipping?” Yep. I can’t get enough of a good thing either. But he didn’t seem to mind. In fact, I’m pretty sure he walked back to his car with his head (and his spirits) a little higher.
Indeed, to have a beautiful woman who is EAGER to kiss his face is quite the ego boost for any man. Surprise your husband by how many kisses you expect tonight after he gets home. Double dip. Triple dip if you can. It will make life a little sweeter for both of you.

Shannon, I am a man. Pornography bores me. It's not relational. My profile is very similar to the love/relationship addict, so Every Man's Battle didn’t do nearly as much for me as reading Every Woman's Battle! This book got through to me when others failed because it addressed my core issues. That women were my idols and I had developed a dependence on female approval and emotional enmeshment. Sex was also a problem but that was really just the tip of the iceberg. I needed woman to sparkle at me all day to feel like a loved and accepted person. A daily dawn to dusk mission in search of the woman who could fill the God/mommy hole and quell the anxiety in my soul. A relentless, destructive and never ending pursuit of the person who could fix all that was broken on the inside. Your story is my story and it's ugly. I have been in horrible bondage my whole life and now God is using this book to set me free! Strongholds are being smashed and chains are being broken. Now I am in this headlong, head over heals pursuit of the lover of my soul! Jesus is real and he is transforming from the inside out!
